Arrival in Paro to Thimphu valley tour
Upon your arrival in Paro airport our guide will receive you and transfer to Thimphu (capital city of Bhutan). After arriving at Thimphu we will take lunch in the hotel. After lunch we will move to memorial temple built in memory of the late third king. After that we will visit to Changangkha Lhakhang, which is famous for the oldest temple in the valley which offers us a nice view of the valley. From there we will drive to visit the largest and newly built statue of Buddha from there we can see stunning view of entire Thimphu valley. Overnight at Hotel. Thimphu to Punakha
Wake up early morning and we will be ready to visit the traditional handmade paper mill school of arts and crafts, where we found students were learning thirteen arts used predominantly in Bhutan, folk heritage, museum national library and the traditional institute of medicine. Then we drive to the Zilulcha nunnery to visit the nuns and interact with them. After visiting we will take lunch in the town and drive to Punakha through Dochula pass (3200m). If the weather favors us then we can enjoy a spectacular view of the highest mountains of Bhutan at a site that stretches almost 180 degrees. Then we will take a round of 108 stupas and continue to sub tropical valley of Punakha. If we have some more time then we will hike to the temple of Chimilakhang which is famous for fertility associated with religious art of Phallus. Overnight at Hotel in Punakha. Punakha to Paro
Today early morning we will drive to visit Punakha Dzong where we can found to see the houses which are elaborated temple in the country. This is one of the bravo examples of Bhutanese rich art and architecture. Visiting Punakha we will return back to Paro. After taking lunch we will visit ParoDzong on foot and keep continue walking through the oldest wooden bridge. Going on continue further to stroll around the old Paro town and peep into some local handicrafts stores. We can get some opportunity to visit the old traditional game. Overnight at Hotel. Today we will stay at Paro valley for sightseeing. Wake up early morning and start our hiking day towards to tiger’s nest. The tiger’s nest can be found just over 6 miles north of paro. It is hanging on a cliff 10,240m over the Paro valley. Visiting tiger’s nest we will take lunch in the cafeteria and return back to the hotel and we can take enjoyment the facility. We can take hot stone bath for standard package. Overnight at Hotel. (Meal Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
