Also regarded as one of the most classic treks of Nepal, Annapurna Base Camp trekking in Nepal has established itself as a perfect trekking experience in Nepal. Walking through the verdant forests, exploring beautiful villages of the Annapurna region along with breathtaking views of the majestic Himalayan ranges are something you won't experience elsewhere in world. Travelers will be walking through the altitude extending from 1500 meters upto 4130 meters which is also the Annapurna Base Camp elevation.

The trekking into Annapurna region offers splendid views of Great Himalayan ranges of Nepal such as Mt. Dhulagiri (8,167m), Nilgiri (7,061m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Annapurna First (8,091m), Fishtail (6,997m), Mardi Himal (5,553m), and Manaslu ( 8,156m). Travelers can also get closer with the Gurung and Magar cultures of the Annapurna area. Ghorepani is one of the major villages during our trekking expedition in the ABC trek. There's also a hilltop station called Poonhill Dada which is famous for the panoramic sunrise view of the Annapurna Himalayan range. There's even a hot spring on the way back to while returning from the Base Camp.

Travelers' accommodation during the ABC trek is handled by Core treks throughout the whole trekking. We do our best in providing our guests with the best service available as we also make prior contacts to the homeowners of the tea-houses regarding our arrival. This is also one of the benefits of traveling with travel company in Nepal. Spring (Mar-May) and Fall (Sep-Nov) seasons are the best time to trek Annapurna Base Camp and the Annapurna Circuit. The cost of Annapurna Base Camp trek is also regarded as one of the best value-for-money circuit treks in Nepal.

Our trip to Annapurna Base Camp was an absolute success. Everything went according to the plan, thanks to the team at CoreTreks for guiding us all the way through.

You have to do a lot of hiking so do not expect it to be easy. People in Nepal are really kind and friendly they helped us a lot. The food is delicious. We had minor issues but the guiding professionals took care of it. Looking forward for another visit soon. Love from UK.

Annapurna was mind blowing

I had heard about Annapurna Base Camp trek and the Himalayas but did not expect it to be that much amazing of a trip. It was a bit cold as we expected at the foothill of a mountain. But the hospitality was great. They served us the local tea, which was refreshing and I wanted to bring home some. Apparently I could not.

However we had an absolutely amazing time. Thanks to CoreTreks for taking care of us and our luggage. Love Nepal and the mountains. Will visit again for sure.

Trek was nice, should have booked a flight to Pokhara

From: Canada | On: 05 Nov, 2018

We had a really fun time during our trek to the Annapurna Base Camp but I really wish we should have booked the flight to Pokhara instead by bus.

Even though the highway drive was awesome but took us six and a half hours to reach Pokhara. We could have had more time if we went by flight to enjoy the city. Nevertheless, an amazing trip.

CoreTreks and the team made sure we had a comfortable trip throughout our journey and I definitely recommend them.

Loved the Pokhara city

The Annapurna Base Camp trek was amazing and the team were really helpful. I loved Pokhara and wanted to spend more time there. The city is amazing and offers a lot of fun activities to do. I saw people involved in paragliding, boating, bungee jumping and many more.

I definitely want to try paragliding in Pokhara next time I visit Nepal. Other than that, thanks to CoreTreks and the team, you all are really hardworking and helpful. I highly recommend you to book via CoreTreks. Thanks.
