CoreTreks team will be more than happy to assist you and your family during your stay in Nepal with our newly introduced Family Tour Package in Nepal.
Travelling with kids can be difficult, that is why the family tour is designed considering the needs and comfort of the modern family. Although we offer treks from beginner to advanced, the family tour mainly focuses on sightseeing and short treks as we figured it might be difficult to hike uphill for long hours with kids to take care of.
The Nepal Family Tour starts with a long drive to Pokhara, which is probably the most beautiful city in Nepal. Locals love Pokhara, and so does outsiders once they get to experience. The main attraction of the place is the Fewa Lake which is perfect for canoeing. The lakeside has been renovated and made safer than before since it started gaining a lot of attraction. While in Pokhara we will also be visiting Sarankot for the golden sunrise. Other attractions of Pokhara includes Davis Fall, Gupteshor, Bindabishini Temple, World Peace Stupa and Tibetan Refugee Camp.
Our next destination will be the renowned Chitwan National Park, which is situated in the southwestern part of Nepal. The park was established in 1973 and covers a large portion of 952.63 sq. km. During our visit to the national park we will get to explore a wide range of vegetation with more than 700 species of wildlife. The park is an ideal destination for jungle safari whether in a jeep or on the back of an elephant. The species include Bengal tigers, Leopards, One-horned Rhinoceros, Bengal foxes, Leopards, striped Hyenas and many more.
After spending a whole day in Chitwan doing a bunch of jungle activities, we then drive towards Nagarkot. The place is renowned for offering possibly the best sunrise view and the Himalayas including Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Jugal, Rolwaling and Everest. We suggest you to visit Nagarkot around October to December or March to April as the sky is clear during these months.
At last, we will be touring UNESCO Cultural Heritage Sites of Kathmandu such as Pashupatinath, Bauddhanath Stupa, Patan Durbar Square and Swayambhunath. These are the places that makes Kathmandu a major attraction for those who are keen on religions. Nevertheless, Family tour in Nepal will fulfill your dreamlike vacation with your loved ones. If you feel like this might be it for your next family vacation, feel free to hit us up. CoreTreks will be more than happy to serve you and your family with quality touring services and accommodation in Nepal.

We loved the tour in Nepal
From: Netherlands Antilles | On: 20 May, 2018
We are a family of three, my wife, my 10 year old son, and I. We had been planning this trip for a while now and I’m glad that we finally got to explore Nepal. Since we have a child we could not go for hiking to mountains but we were excited to be able to scope out the Himalaya from the mountain flight.
We visited to UNESCO Cultural Heritage Sites in Kathmandu and Nagarkot. We also got a chance to go for jungle safari in Chitwan National Park which was pretty exciting. I would like to thank CoreTreks and the team for making this trip possible, without you guys we would get lost. XOXO
