The Langtang-Gosaikunda-Helambu trek takes you along the beautiful Langtang Valley filled with many pristine and serene lakes in the backdrop of the snow clad mountains. This trek in Nepal gives travelers a chance to experience the splendor of the Himalayan beauty along with unique Tibetan cultural taste that has been in existence since ancient times. The Langtang region trek is a 2 in 1 travel package that lets travelers experience the natural beauty along with cultural taste.

The other attraction of this trekking tour in Nepal is the Gosainkunda (4380m) where there are several beautiful lakes formed out of the mountains of Langtang region. The Gosainkunda Lake is also a famous pilgrimage site among Hindu and Buddhist people and each year during the month of August, hundreds of devotees come at this place. There are three major lakes this this region, namely Gosaikunda, Saraswatikunda, and Bhairavkunda. Among these, Gosaikunda is the largest and the place is beautiful filled with scenic natural landscapes.

Moving onto the Helambu trek, the Helambu region is regarded as a study center for the Tibetan Buddhist culture. The region is rich with Sherpa and Tamang culture as there are plenty of settlements with well preserved culture, tradition and lifestyle. People also have their unique way of living as one can behold the arts of wooden cared windows, weaved baskets, and other handicraft works. The trekking in Helambu region is a wonderful trek to experience however one needs to be well prepared in order to complete this trek in Langtang region as some of the paths are quite difficult and we'll also be camping at some of the places during our trek.

Being a spiritual person, I wanted to check our cultures of Nepal. It was really soulful experience to be able to observe how respectful these people are towards their belief and systems.

The country is heaven in itself and offers numerous places to trek and tour. I chose Gosainkunda Helambu trek because I wanted to see the holy lakes of Gosainkunda. I got a lot of different perspective from people from different culture and casts. I was incredible.

I would like to thank the dedicated and professional team at CoreTreks for helping me plan out my trip to Gosainkunda. They helped me with a guiding team and porter. You should definitely consult to an expert at CoreTreks before you plan and book your trip to Nepal. They really guide you well.

Our kids were really forcing us to visit Nepal for like past couple of years. We finally had time and opportunity to fly out to Nepal. I have to say that the time we spent in Nepal was really rewarding.

We had heard about the Himalaya range but never did we imagined the place to be this beautiful and full of welcoming people everywhere. I found Nepalese people to be kind. Our kids loved the trek too. We went to visit Cherko Ri, Laure Binayak Pass and Helambu region. Each of these places was fantastic. Really had a good time.

We are thinking of coming back for a visit after a year or two. But this time just me and my wife. I will definitely remember to hit up CoreTreks as they helped us a lot during our trip to Langtang Helambu trek. Also I highly suggest you to book from the particular company if you are trying to visit Nepal anytime soon.

The trip went well and we are proud of ourselves. Although the trek route is considered as moderate, we had a few moments when we were completely tired and had to rest before we could proceed further.

It was a beautiful experience to explore culturally rich Langtang valley. The people had a completely different lifestyle which was really inspiring. Also I loved Helambu region in Nepal. The place is filled with lively and passionate people. They really take their work seriously.

As a team, we would like to thank CoreTreks for taking care of us in each step. We were a little bias before booking with CoreTreks but they really provided with the best services and a team of professional guides.
