Our trek to the Upper Dolpo region went just as planned, and it felt really refreshing. We had the chance to explore some parts on our own, which made it even more special. The mountain views were beyond words absolutely extraordinary.
The local villages and the hardworking people we met along the way were truly inspiring. As we climbed higher, the chilly alpine air and scenery felt peaceful and pure. We crossed Kang La Pass, visited Gompas, saw Shey Phoksundo Lake, and were surrounded by incredible Himalayan peaks.
I’ll definitely return. If you’re planning a trip to Nepal, I highly recommend CoreTreks. Their professional and experienced team made sure everything was smooth and comfortable.
