A representative from CoreTreks will come to pick you up at the airport. After that we’ll be taking you to your hotel. We’ll have a short briefing session and feel free to ask any question you might have regarding the trek. If you want to explore the city we might as well walk around the street of Thamel and it’s even possible to do some last minute shopping. There’re no further activities for the day so you might as well check into the hotel.

We’ll be heading to Pokhara on this day. There are two options regarding our travel to Pokhara; by air travel or by drive. A flight would take around 30 minutes to reach whereas driving to Pokhara might take around 8 hours. It depends on how you want to travel. Whether you want to enjoy the scenic highway drive of Nepal or a short scenic flight and enjoy the rest of the day at chilling or exploring Pokhara, it is up to you.

Pokhara To Kalikasthan

We begin our trek on this day after finishing our breakfast. We’ll be driving to Bijayapur Riverside from where our trek starts. We trek through flat paddy fields and then cross a river for about an hour. After crossing the river, our trial ascends towards Kalikasthan. We arrive at Kalikasthan after couple hours and we’ll be spending some time exploring the surrounding area. We’ll be done for the day and spend overnight at the local guest house.

Kalikasthan To Syaklung

We continue our trek as we walk through several villages. We’ll be walking alongside the ridge of the mountain ranges which offers some amazing views of the Annapurna range as well as the Lamjung Mountain. Our trail is filled with rhododendron forest which is a beautiful sight to behold, especially if you’re trekking during the Spring season.

Syaklung To Chisapani

On this day of our trek, we’ll be passing through some Gurung villages and experience their local culture and lifestyle. We’ll then be trekking towards our destination for the day, the Chisapani village. We’ll be descending down to 400m somewhere along halfway through the trek and then ascend 600m to reach Chisapani. The village holds some amazing view of the Dhaulagiri range and the Annapurna range. The village has one of the best Himalayan viewpoint in Nepal for Himalayan panorama.

Chisapani To Pokhara

Today will be the final day of our trek. We’ll be walking halfway down the hill towards the Lake called Rupataal and then ascend from there to reach Sundare Danda. Then we’ll be walking towards the Begnas Lake. Here we can even spend couple hours boating and enjoy being in the presence of calm water that originates from the Himalayas. We’ll then head to our hotel and spend rest of our time at the lakeside Pokhara.

We’ll return back to Kathmandu via the mode of transportation of your choice (i.e. by air flight or by drive). We’ll drive back to Kathmandu and back to your hotel.
