The Tsum Valley trek with Manaslu Circuit expedition is one of the best treks in Nepal which lasts for around 3 weeks.

The Manaslu peak height lies at an elevation of 8,163 meters. Also, the Tsum Valley trek in Nepal is a fairly new trekking route of Manaslu region that takes travelers through the remote and isolated Himalayan villages. It was a restricted area of the Himalayas until 2008 but since then the Tsum valley trek has been an amazing trekking trail in Nepal for adventure seekers. The Tsum valley trek elevation mostly revolves around or above 3000 meters stretching from 5 to 7 hours of trek a day.

Trekking to Manaslu circuit is an incredible opportunity to experience the stunning views of the Himalayan ranges of Manaslu surrounded by other mountain peaks of Nepal including Cheo Peak, Kang Koru, Shringi, Himlung and partly Annapurna Mountain range. The region contains rich bio-diversity as it is situated at an elevation of 5,220m. During the trip, you get to explore The Manaslu Conservation area which is the home to some of the rare animals in Nepal like Snow Leopard and many more. It is a wonderful journey through local settlements of Sherpas and Tibetans. One gets to truly immerse themselves in the lifestyle of local people which is always an inspiring experience.

The Tsum valley trek is also filled with several rivers, waterfalls, suspension bridges, fascinating villages, old and ancient gompas monasteries, and a cave called Milarepa's Cave. During this adventurous trek in Nepal, travelers will also be able to witness the magnificent views of Himalayan ranges of Nepal such as Ganesh Himal (7,140m), Himalchuli (7,893m), Churke Himal, and Mount Manaslu (8,163m). Trekkers to Tsum Valley are also fascinated by the Tibetan culture and remote isolated settlements of the region. The cultural diversity of Nepal and its uniqueness can be experienced by the trekkers during the whole journey to Tsum Valley. The Manaslu Conservation Area, which is a part of our trekking trail to Tsum Valley, is also a home to some wildlife as well as the diverse flora.

Despite of being a little challenging due to its remoteness and high altitude, Manaslu Region and Tsum Valley trek is one of the best trekking experience available in Nepal. The Manaslu Conservation area is restricted are in Nepal, so in order to tour the area one requires a special permit which is issued by Department of Immigration, Nepal. The cost of Manaslu Region and Tsum Valley trek is relatively higher than other packages due to added permit charge. To make it easy for the travelers, CoreTreks handles all the process regarding to the permits. Please surf through the page for further information regarding to the trek.
