An Absolutely Fantastic Trek

This trek was truly fantastic. We arrived in Kathmandu and our guide was already there waiting with a car. We stayed in a nice hotel in the city, and even got welcome tea while our room was getting ready. That night, we had a welcome dinner with Nepali food and traditional dances—such a fun start.

The next day we visited Bhaktapur and later headed to Syabrubesi by jeep. It was a long and hot ride, but the beautiful views made up for it. The trek itself was tough for me, since I’m not very sporty, but reaching Kyanjin Ri felt amazing—like being right in the heart of nature.

Even though I had trouble sleeping at high altitude, I didn’t get sick. Our guide was kind, spoke good English, and looked after us well. We finished our trip back in Kathmandu, seeing temples with a great city guide.

In short, CoreTreks and the Langtang trek are definitely worth it!

Upper Mustang Trek

The guides were very excited to share their home with us. They told us many things about the places we visited, so we learned a lot during the trek. Upper Mustang looked like a desert in some parts, with wide dry lands and old caves where people lived many years ago. It was different from any place I’ve seen before. Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour

The Everest Base Camp helicopter tour gave us an experience that’s hard to put into words. In just one day, we made so many beautiful memories. The view of the mountains and nearby peaks was simply stunning, we couldn’t take our eyes off them. One of the best parts was having a warm breakfast while surrounded by the cold air and amazing mountain scenery. Thanks to CoreTreks for organizing everything so well. I truly suggest this tour to anyone visiting Nepal, it’s something you won’t want to miss.
